Our pristine, historic beach property with a picturesque view to match has been family owned and operated since 1979. Originally built in 1907, the Whitson Guest House has become an inviting, charming getaway to bask at the Rehoboth beach only one block away. A third floor, added in 1962, gives more room for guests to relax on their summer vacation at the beach. Rooms with multiple single beds give friends and family the opportunity to getaway in Rehoboth at an affordable cost.

The apartment comes with a complete kitchen that offers all the amenities for your weekend barbecues and seaside meals. All bedroom include closet space for extended stays. A wraparound porch overlooks the quaint community with plenty of room for larger get-togethers or just curling up with a morning coffee at sunrise. Open from the second weekend in May to the weekend after Labor Day, there’s no finer place to spend your Summer. If you need a break from the kitchen, robust shopping and dining options are all within walking distance.

With a beach aesthetic fitting for its ideal location, the Whitson Guest House provides all the modern amenities one would want for a comfortable seaside stay. Purchased by the Plunkett family in 1979, Robert Plunkett Jr. continues the charming and functional upkeep his parents started back then. Give yourself the relaxing vacation you deserve. Plenty of others have, and they can’t stop coming back year-after-year!
